This naturally fermented vinegar is made from old-grove Fuyu and Hachiya Persimmons. A sign of fall and the national fruit of Japan, Persimmons were brought to California in the 1800s and have persevered due to their hardy nature and ability to tolerate drought. This bright, yet delicate flavor profile is both sweet and tart - a unique taste that you'll keep coming back to. Enjoy on salads, marinades, or as a shrub.

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout and will depend on the weight and distance from our Los Angeles headquarters. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
